We offer several options for printing your logo and artwork onto your garments. Take a look through this guide to help you decide which is best for you.
Heat Applied Garment Vinyls
This process uses heat pressing to apply your design onto the garments. We stock over 50 different coloured vinyls including metallics, sparkles, fluorescents, glow in the dark, rainbow, and many more special effect materials.
Each design is cut out from a sheet of transfer vinyl using a machine and then applied to the garment using a heat press. The vinyls we use are very durable and long lasting. This process is perfect for smaller quantities.
This uses a process of applying ink onto garments through a specialist silk mesh screen, before being dried with another specialist machine. This process can be used to create simple to complex designs using various colours.
Still one of the most preferred methods of branding clothing, embroidery offers the most professional look as well as being incredibly durable. We can embroider most places on an item of clothing including left or right breast, sleeves, and back. Whatever you have in mind we always welcome you to contact us first to discuss your ideas.
We can embroider all logos, images or wording. We take your logo and create a stitch file for our embroidery machine to work from. This will incur a one off charge, which differs depending upon the complexity of your design, but once the file is produced, it can be used again and again should no editing be required. We will also create the files in various sizes to suit the size range of clothing you order.
Direct to Garment (DTG)
Direct to Garment Printing, or DTG print, is the process of printing full-colour images onto garments. DTG printing can be used on both light and dark coloured garments. Using the latest printing technology and top quality DTG machines, we can print images onto a wide range of T-Shirts, polo shirts, hoodies, and other clothing types.
